These Terms govern your use of the FuturistInk website, online studio and subscriptions. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Use of the desktop software is additionally governed by the EULA.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The online trial is provided free with limits (resolution, size, watermark). We may change or discontinue trial features.
Where required by law, consumers may have a right of withdrawal. Because the service provides immediate digital access and signed licences, by starting activation you request immediate performance. Statutory rights are not affected. For billing issues, contact support@futuristink.com.
Each plan grants a set number of user licences and machine activations. You may move activations between machines from your dashboard within those limits. Sharing licences outside your organisation is not permitted.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to bypass licensing, no unlawful content, no interference with the platform's operation or security.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or modify features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the EULA. You are responsible for verifying print output with test prints before production.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account anytime; paid periods already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Türkiye.
