Privacy Policy

FuturistInk ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, hashed password (managed by our authentication provider).
  • Billing data: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are processed by our payment provider (iyzico) — we never store full card numbers.
  • Licence data: a machine code (a non-reversible hardware identifier) and an optional label, used only to bind and manage your licences.
  • Support & contact data: messages you send us.
  • Technical data: minimal logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To provide the service and licences you purchase (performance of a contract).
  • To process payments and issue invoices (legal obligation, contract).
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To reply to your enquiries (legitimate interest / consent).

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service: our cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment provider (iyzico) and email provider. We do not sell your data.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and Türkiye. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law (e.g., tax/accounting). You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@futuristink.com.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; licences are signed with keys held in a hardware security module (KMS) that we cannot export. We apply access controls and encryption in transit.

8. Cookies

The marketing site uses only essential cookies/local storage needed for sign-in sessions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
